We strive to deliver high-quality digital content and professional services. This Cancellation and Refund Policyoutlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling may be processed.
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
1. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all:
Purchases made directly through the GuardianNx website, payment gateways, or authorized sales channels.
Digital products (including but not limited to eBooks, PDFs, templates, digital toolkits, compliance documents).
Professional services such as consultations, workshops, training sessions, vCISO services, or strategic advisory packages.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Toolkits, Compliance Kits)
2.1 No Cancellation After Purchase
Once a digital product has been successfully purchased and delivered (via download link or email), the sale is final.
Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refundsonce the product has been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same item, the duplicate transaction will be refunded after verification.
Technical Access Issue: If you face download or access issues due to a verified technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 working days, a full refund will be issued.
Wrong Product Delivery: If an incorrect file/product is delivered due to a system or administrative error.
Refund requests under these categories must be made within 7 days of purchase, with valid proof of payment and error description sent to support@guardiannx.com.
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided if:
The product was delivered successfully to the registered email or made available for download.
The issue arises from customer error, such as incorrect email ID, device incompatibility, or failure to read product descriptions.
Dissatisfaction based on subjective opinion (e.g., content expectations, design preference, or assumed value).
3. Professional Services (Consultations, Workshops, Cybersecurity Advisory, Training)
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Individual Consultations or Sessions:
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time by emailing support@guardiannx.com.Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will be eligible for either a reschedule or credit note (valid for 30 days).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Workshops or Group Training Programs:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date will receive a 90% refund, with 10% retained for administrative costs.
Cancellations made within 3–7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before commencement are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made after the program has started or if the participant does not attend.
3.2 Cancellation by GuardianNx
GuardianNx reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues, instructor unavailability, or low enrollment).
In such cases:
Customers will be given the option to reschedule, transfer the credit, or receive a full refund.
3.3 Package or Retainer Services
For long-term or retainer-based cybersecurity services (e.g., vCISO, compliance automation, or managed advisory):
Refunds are not applicable once the service engagement has commenced.
Termination of services before completion must be requested in writing, and settlement will be based on pro-rata service usage and non-recoverable expenses.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a dispute or chargeback is raised without first contacting GuardianNx Support, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
Customers are encouraged to first email billing@guardiannx.com to resolve payment concerns directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks for valid digital or service deliveries will be treated as breach of policy, and GuardianNx reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal or payment gateway channels.
5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise specified in writing.
Transaction or payment gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable.
6. Policy on Subscriptions (If Applicable)
For recurring services or subscription-based products:
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle.
The current active period will remain accessible until expiry.
No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
7. Transfer of Purchase
In case of workshops, consultations, or training events:
You may request to transfer your seat to another participant (from the same organization) at least 24 hours before the event begins.
Transfer requests must be made via email to support@guardiannx.com, including the new participant’s full name, email ID, and contact number.
