THE CALM CODE FOR CEOs
CYBER CRISIS LEADERSHIP COHORT

Lead with Clarity When It Matters Most

A two-day, leadership-focused program for CEOs, MDs and Founders to build calm, confident command during cyber crises.

Limited to 10 leadership teams · First-come basis

Why Cyber Crisis Leadership Matters

Modern cyber incidents move faster than organisational decision-making.
In those early hours, leadership alignment, not technology decides outcomes.
A calm, focused command room is possible even during uncertainty, but only with a defined operating model and practiced leadership reflexes.

This program combines twenty years of advisory experience with structured crisis leadership models to give CEOs and MDs a practical, repeatable way to lead under pressure.

ABOUT THE BOOK

The Calm Code for CEOs is a practical leadership manual for the moments when cyber chaos hits and every second counts. Written by our CEO Mr. Salil Dighe for MDs, CEOs, and Board Leaders, it strips away theory and delivers a structured survival guide for the most decisive window of any cyber incident, the first three days

This program is based on the core frameworks from the book The Calm Code for CEOs, and helps leaders make clear, decisive choices when timelines shrink and expectations rise.

The book was created for the CEO who must speak before having perfect information, the MD who carries responsibility for customers, investors and teams, and the leader who finds every eye in the room turning toward them.

Every participant receives the digital edition of the book as part of the program.
